Shipping & Handling

When you proceed to checkout the delivery fee will automatically calculate. Delivery is a flat fee throughout New Zealand. Our courier is Fastway Couriers and orders typically get dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. For North Island purchases, deliveries are usually made within 24 hours. For South Island purchases, deliveries are usually made within 48 hours. A tracking number can be provided for all deliveries and can be tracked on the Fastway site.
SUCAH is the New Zealand exclusive distributor of its brands and therefore does not ship internationally. If you live outside of New Zealand and would like to purchase any of our products - please let us know your location and we will find you a stockists!
We will always endeabour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason we anticipate a delay, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. The team at SUCAH will not be liable for delays beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
The SUCAH team take pride in providing a high standard of product and personally check every order to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you find that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us (above) within 7 days from the date of purchase and we will refund / replace the item.
If the return is due to an error on our part we will pay for return postage of the item and refund or replacement (including postage of the replacement!). If the return is due to customer choice, then please return the items to us (at your cost) within 14 days of contacting us. Ensuring that the item is in its original condition, which includes packaging. We will then replace the item (shipped at our cost) or refund you in full. Please allow 10 business days for refunds.
